Techy Support Person
We need someone with a slightly more technical background that is able to carry out and provide support to other team members with any slightly technical tasks and issues. We use Gmail and Google Drive storage, Word, Excel and Powerpoint.

- Managing email log-ons and training new members on how to use Gmail
- Providing guidance and resolving issues relating to Google Drive
- Providing support and sometimes procedures for using Gmail, Word and Excel for various tasks
- Producing and maintaining templates for various documents (letters, leaflets, flyers, banners, ...)
- Producing members badges using PowerPoint/Word
- Printing documents as needed
- We meet as a full committee once every 2 months on zoom for 1-2hrs except in July when the meeting is face to face and is combined with the AGM.
- Be part of the Governance and Admin Team which meets occasionally on zoom for 1-2hrs - no more than 4 times a year
- On an ongoing basis, no more than 2hrs a week but it can take more if particular items are needed or when we have a new starter etc
- It would also be hoped that you would volunteer at events that we hold (eg Fetes, Toy Sorting and Packing Week). This could be just a couple of hours a couple of times a year or could be several days, depending on your availability.
